2. භාණ්ඩ යනු සේවාවේ විකිණීමට ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇති අයිතමයන්ය.

3. ඇණවුම් යන්නෙන් අදහස් කරන්නේ අපෙන් භාණ්ඩ මිලදී ගැනීමට ඔබ විසින් කරන ලද ඉල්ලීමකි.

4. සේවාව වෙබ් අඩවියට යොමු කරයි.

6. ඔබ අදහස් කරන්නේ අදාළ පුද්ගලයාට ප්‍රවේශ වන හෝ භාවිතා කරන පුද්ගලයා, හෝ සමාගම හෝ වෙනත් නෛතික ආයතනයක් වෙනුවෙන් එවැනි පුද්ගලයෙකු ප්‍රවේශ වන හෝ සේවාව භාවිතා කරන ලෙසයි.

එසේ කිරීමට කිසිදු හේතුවක් නොදක්වා දින 7ක් ඇතුළත ඔබේ ඇණවුම අවලංගු කිරීමට ඔබට හිමිකම් ඇත.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

ඔබගේ අවලංගු කිරීමේ අයිතිය ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම සඳහා, ඔබ ඔබේ තීරණය පැහැදිලි ප්‍රකාශයක් මගින් අපට දැනුම් දිය යුතුය.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

ආපසු පැමිණීම සඳහා කොන්දේසි

In order for the services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The services were purchased in the last 7 days

The following services cannot be returned:

1. The supply of Services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

2. The supply of Services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

3. The supply of services which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. The supply of services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

අපගේ තනි අභිමතය පරිදි ඉහත ප්‍රතිලාභ කොන්දේසි සපුරා නොමැති ඕනෑම වෙළඳ භාණ්ඩයක ප්‍රතිලාභ ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමේ අයිතිය අප සතුය.

Only regular priced services may be refunded. Unfortunately, services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of terminating services with Us.
