Untuk tujuan Polisi Pemulangan dan Bayaran Balik ini:

1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to Mavens Soft labs & Consulting Pvt. Ltd (India)

2. Barangan merujuk kepada barang yang ditawarkan untuk dijual pada Perkhidmatan.

3. Pesanan bermaksud permintaan oleh Anda untuk membeli Barangan daripada Kami.

4. Perkhidmatan merujuk kepada Laman Web.

5. Website refers to Talent lawn Vcard, accessible from https://vcard.talentlawn.com

6. Anda bermaksud individu yang mengakses atau menggunakan Perkhidmatan, atau syarikat, atau entiti undang-undang lain bagi pihak yang mana individu tersebut mengakses atau menggunakan Perkhidmatan, sebagaimana yang berkenaan.

Hak Pembatalan Pesanan Anda

Anda berhak untuk membatalkan Pesanan Anda dalam masa 7 hari tanpa memberikan sebarang sebab untuk berbuat demikian.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Untuk melaksanakan hak pembatalan Anda, Anda mesti memaklumkan Kami tentang keputusan anda melalui pernyataan yang jelas.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Syarat untuk Pemulangan

In order for the services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The services were purchased in the last 7 days

The following services cannot be returned:

1. The supply of Services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

2. The supply of Services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

3. The supply of services which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. The supply of services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Kami berhak untuk menolak pemulangan mana-mana barangan yang tidak memenuhi syarat pemulangan di atas mengikut budi bicara kami sendiri.

Only regular priced services may be refunded. Unfortunately, services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of terminating services with Us.
